5. Provide eight off-street parking spaces be per City Zoning Code and City Design <br />and Construction Standards. <br />6. This remodel is to comply with the State Building Code. The basement ceiling <br />requires drywall and a self -closing solid -core door is also required unless otherwise <br />approved by the Building and Fire Departments. <br />7. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute <br />approval of these plans. <br />8. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of <br />every structure. <br />9. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br />construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />V 10. A Performance Guarantee is required for street improvements on the Evergreen <br />way prior to any building permit being issued. <br />11. Provide a two year maintenance bond worth 10% of the cost of the landscape <br />materials and installation prior to occupancy. <br />12. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2-A:1--B:C shall be <br />provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during construction <br />and prior to occupancy. <br />13. Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum of five feet <br />from the building and screened from adjoining properties. <br />14. The building shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the <br />street. <br />15. Provide one outdoor waste receptable. <br />16.
