A building permit is required for the change of occupancy. <br /> 2. The standard requirements include plumbing the three compartment sink's W/R basins to a <br /> hyrdromechanical grease interceptor("trap"). If there is a dishwasher with pre rinse sink, that <br /> sink must also be served by the grease trap unless the three comp sink will serve/double as pre <br /> rinse. A meat prep sink if in plans should also be served by GRS, as well as the mop sink <br /> though we'll exempt the latter in some cases. <br /> 3. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance <br /> 3095-08 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on projected water <br /> usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and <br /> determine estimated charges prior to building permit application.
