Aesthetic character and quality of the proposed use. <br /> Findings: Improvements to the building will include an interior remodel. Currently the space is <br /> vacant. <br /> Conclusions: The improvements made to this building will enhance the structure. <br /> 5. Public safety impacts. z <br /> Findings:No anticipated public safety impacts. <br /> Conclusions: This use is not expected to negatively impact public safety. <br /> 6. Compliance with building and fire codes. <br /> - Findings: The use will require alterations to the interior of the building. The building has an <br /> existing sprinkler and alarm system. <br /> Conclusions: Permits will be required for any building alterations. Those two systems need to be <br /> 1 <br /> integrated into the new area for the commissary kitchen. <br /> 7. Hours of the day of proposed use or activity. <br /> Findings: Hours of operation are proposed as Monday- Sunday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. <br /> Conclusions: Hours of operation do not conflict noise sensitive times of day and are similar to the <br /> normal business hours for neighboring businesses. <br /> 8.
