In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide two printed sets of revisions to the permit documents, with a response letter indicating how the <br /> comments below have been resolved on the drawings. Additional corrections may be issued for <br /> structural code requirements of the IBC, and other City of Everett departmental reviews. <br /> 1. The proposed replacement of the windows should be shown on the drawings to meet the <br /> prescriptive requirements of WSEC C402.4, and WSEC Table C402.4. <br /> a. Please verify that the fenestration does not exceed the total maximum area allowed per <br /> WSEC C402.4.1 or WSEC C402.4.1.3. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International Existing <br /> Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2015 International <br /> Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 Washington State Energy <br /> Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current <br /> IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br /> (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive.
