Please verify that the fenestration does not exceed the total maximum area allowed per <br /> WSEC C402.4.1 or WSEC C402.4.1.3 <br /> The total area of existing fenestration to be replaces and the area of fenestration to remain <br /> does not exceed the maximum allowed area of 30%of the wall. These numbers have been <br /> noted on each elevation on sheet A1.0.
