The inspector observed the below listed violations of the code. The information includes <br /> a description of the conditions observed, the code section(s) violated, the remedy to correct violation <br /> (s), and the dates for completion. <br /> CORRECTIONS REQUIRED <br /> Business Name: Apartments <br /> Address: 2610 HOYT AVE <br /> Total Deficiencies: 6 <br /> Corrected: 0 <br /> Not Corrected: 6 <br /> 1 MEI 1022.2 Exterior exit doors. <br /> Comments: Install Panic Hardware on front door. Exit must be possible with one motion.
