The • <br /> inspection revealed several deficiencies which may be deemed <br /> detrimental to the occupants as defined in the Uniform <br /> . Housing Code. These conditions may be considered sufficient <br /> to declare the unit to be substandard and/or dangerous. • <br /> Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on the enclosed <br /> report.
