I noticed other parts of the structure,especially siding and some sub-material were in mid repair. I was told by a neighbor it has been that way for about 10 years.The neighbor also said the basement has been finished as living space. My review of PermitTrac revealed 3 permits were issued in 2002 and 2003—and several inspections were called with some approvals—but the permits never gained final approval. One of the permits was to raise the house and other few electrical and sewer—but Snohomish County still indicates the basement is unfinished. Can you evaluate the permits and determine if there is evidence of work without permits?And,to determine if the structure is now Unlawful—due to the invalid permits? Thanks!
