For the 2018-19 docket of amendments,there are three changes proposed: <br /> 1. Add East Marine View Drive to the list of Everett's Gateway Corridors with amendments to the <br /> Urban Design and Land Use Elements. <br /> 2. Address strategic plans for key business corridors and districts to respond to Mayoral Directive <br /> by amendments to the Land Use Element. <br /> 3. Simplify the Land Use Element including map designations,text and policies, as the initial phase <br /> to look at development code updates and simplification. <br /> 1) East Marine View Drive Gateway Corridor <br /> This is a request from the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Delta Neighborhood Association to add East <br /> Marine View Drive to the list of Everett's <br /> GatewayCorridors under Policy 8.8.1.They believe that this <br /> drive qualifies as a gateway corridor because <br /> "it is a highly visible entrance into the city of sig _ o i. gDagmors Ala <br /> Everett and into the Delta neighborhood.
