City and consultant review rough draft <br /> 4 of EIS . <br /> 5 8 . Consultant types, binds and prints draft <br /> EIS in sufficient quantity to satisfy WAC <br /> 6 197-10 460 . The specific number shall be <br /> determined by the Responsible Official. <br /> 7 <br /> 9 . City mails draft EIS to agencies with <br /> 8 expertise and jurisdiction. <br /> 9 10 . City review comments, prepares changes <br /> and additions to draft EIS , and responds <br /> 10 to comments . <br /> 11 11 . Consultant types, binds and prints final EIS. <br /> 12 12 . City circulates final EIS . <br /> 13 Section 12 . Additional Elements of the Environment for EIS <br /> Purposes <br /> 14 <br /> 15 The following additional elements are part of the environment <br /> 16 for the purpose of EIS content, but do not add to the criteria <br /> 17 for threshold determinations or perform any other function or <br /> 18 purpose under these rules : <br /> 19 A. Economic factors, including employment, public and <br /> private investment, property values and taxation <br /> 20 where appropriate; <br /> 21 B. Ascertainable regional , city and neighborhood goals , <br /> standards and policies . <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Any of the above elements of the environment or aspects thereof <br /> 24 which are not relevant to or will not be significantly affected <br /> 25 by the proposal need only be mentioned generally or not at all <br /> 26 in the EIS. The level of detail used in discussing these ele- <br /> 27 ments should be,proportionate to the impacts of these elements <br /> 28 if the proposal is approved. <br /> 29 Section 13 . Public Awareness of Availability of Draft EIS <br /> 30 A. Upon publication of the draft EIS, the Responsi- <br /> ble Official shall list the proposal in the City' s <br /> 31 "EIS Available Register" maintained at the City ' s <br /> SEPA public information center. <br /> 32 <br />
