-7- <br /> • <br /> 1 1 . The construction of any residential <br /> structure of four dwelling units or less, <br /> 2 <br /> 2 . The construction of a barn, loafing shed, <br /> 3 farm equipment storage building, produce stor- <br /> age or packing structure, or similar agricul- <br /> 4 tural structure, covering less than 10, 000 <br /> square feet and to be used only by the pro- <br /> 5 perty owner or his or her agent in the con- <br /> duct of farming the property. <br /> 6 <br /> 3 . The construction of an office, school, <br /> 7 commercial, recreational, service or storage <br /> building less than 4 , 000 square feet of floor <br /> 8 area, and with associated parking facilities <br /> designed for twenty automobiles or less . <br /> 9 <br /> 4 . The construction or designation of bus <br /> 10 stops, loading zones , shelters, access <br /> facilities and pull-out lanes for taxi- <br /> 11 cabs, transit and school vehicles . <br /> 12 5 . The construction and/or installation of <br /> commercial on-premise signs, and public <br /> 13 signs and signals. <br /> 14 6. The construction or installation of minor <br /> road and street improvements such as pave- <br /> 15 ment marking , freeway surveillance and control <br /> systems, railroad protective devices (not <br /> 16 including grade separated crossings) , groov- <br /> ing, glare screen, safety barriers , energy <br /> 17 attenuators, highway landscaping (including <br /> the application of Washington State Depart- <br /> 18 ment of Agriculture approved herbicides by <br /> licensed personnel for right-of-way weed <br /> 19 control) , temporary traffic controls and <br /> detours, correction of substandard curves <br /> 20 and intersections within existing right- <br /> of-way, channelization and elimination of <br /> 21 sight restrictions at intersections, <br /> street lighting, guardrail and barricade <br /> 22 installation, installation of catch <br /> basins and culverts, and reconstruction <br /> 23 of existing road bed (existing curb to <br /> curb in urban locations) , including minor <br /> 24 widening of shoulders, addition of bicy- <br /> cle lanes , paths and facilities, and pedes- <br /> 25 trian walks and paths . <br /> 26 7 . The construction of a parking lot designed <br /> for twenty automobiles or less . <br /> 27 <br /> 8 . Any landfill or excavation of 500 cubic <br /> 28 yards or less throughout the total life- <br /> time of the fill or excavation; and any <br /> 29 fill or excavation classified as a Class <br /> I, II , III and IV forest practice under <br /> 30 Chapter 200 , Laws of 1975, Ex.
