-6- <br /> • <br /> 1 jurisdiction as determined by the Respon- <br /> sible Official shall be completed within <br /> 2 fifteen (15) days of receiving the requested <br /> information from the applicant or the con- <br /> 3 suited agency; request by the City for such <br /> further information should be made within <br /> 4 fifteen (15) days of the submission of a <br /> completed checklist; when a request for <br /> 5 further information is submitted to con- <br /> sulted agency, the City shall wait a maxi- <br /> 6 mum of thirty (30) days for the consulted <br /> agency to respond. <br /> 7 <br /> 3 . A threshold determination which requires <br /> 8 that further studies , including field in- <br /> vestigations, be initiated by the City <br /> 9 shall be completed within thirty (30) <br /> days of the conclusion of said studies . <br /> 10 <br /> 4 . A threshold determination on an action <br /> 11 where the applicant recommends in writing <br /> that an EIS be prepared because of the sig- <br /> 12 nificant impact asserted and described in <br /> the application shall be completed within <br /> 13 fifteen (15) days of submission of a com- <br /> pleted checklist. <br /> 14 <br /> 5 . The time limits set forth in this sub- <br /> 15 section shall not apply to withdrawals <br /> of affirmative and negative threshold <br /> 16 determinations where such withdrawals <br /> are made in accordance with ['IAC 197-10- <br /> 17 370 and 197-10-375. <br /> 18 6 . When a threshold determination is expected <br /> to require more than the time period speci- <br /> 19fied above to complete and a private appli- <br /> cant requests notification of the date when <br /> 20 a threshold determination will be made, the <br /> lead agency shall transmit to the private <br /> 21 applicant a written statement as to the <br /> expected date of decision. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Section 7 . Environmentally Sensitive Areas of the City <br /> 24 A. The City Council may identify environmentally sensitive <br /> areas in the City which shall be illustrated on a map <br /> 25 of the City which shall be filed with the Office of <br /> the City Clerk. A copy of such map shall be main- <br /> 26 tained in the SEPA Public Information Center. <br /> 27 B. When identified, environmentally sensitive areas shall <br /> include those areas within the City in which the taking <br /> 28 of the following minor actions could have a significant <br /> adverse environmental impact, including, but not limited <br /> 29 to steep slopes (over 25%) , unusual or unique flora <br /> or fauna, flood plains, historic districts , shorelines <br /> 30 of the State, areas of poor drainage, areas having <br /> severe erosion hazards. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
