These comments <br />address building issues only, additional revisions or additions maybe required by other departments <br />(such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Bt.ikling Code, as <br />amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processi�ng of your application to continue it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Divis%n with two complete new sets Wdrawhrgs reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. The plans should be signed by the engineer of record. <br />Calculations should be provided showing that structure will support the dead load of the mechanical <br />units. <br />3. The architectural plans are currently being reviewed/revised with the addition of a two-hour <br />occupancy separation wall. Any existing ducts through the new wall will require smoke/fire <br />dampers. Plans depicting the revised layout should be used for the base mechanical drawings. <br />4.
