C, Two hours of traffic data collection using turning movement count boards or electronic data collection <br /> methods like traffic cameras. Data shall be provided in a spreadsheet file that contains directional vehicular volume, <br /> pedestrian volume,and heavy truck percentage from the same set of data. <br /> Data shall not be collected during federal or State holidays,nor the weekend of a holiday,nor the same <br /> week of a holiday. <br /> Task 4:Data Collection for Turning Movements at Intersections over 30,000ADT(requires two people to count) <br /> Provide turning movement count traffic data for approximately five(5)locations,fifteen(15)counts total,at arterial <br /> intersections exceeding 20,000ADT on City streets,or with sufficient complexity that it requires two people to <br /> conduct tf.e count. Each count period shall be two(2)hours per count,during peak traffic periods,either morning <br /> (6:00am to 8:00am),mid-day(11:00am to 1:00pm),or evening(4:00pm to 6:00pm)as requested. <br /> Two hours of traffic data collection using turning movement count boards or electronic data collection <br /> methods like traffic cameras.
