March 13, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., March 13, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members <br /> Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, and Vogeli were excused. <br /> Council Member Moore entered the Council Chambers at 6:31 p.m. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 6, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin stated she attended the Pets on Parade exhibit, which was <br /> held at the Schack Art Center. She complimented Vice President Tuohy on <br /> a successful event. <br /> OATHS — POLICE OFFICERS <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to concur with the appointments of Christopher (C. J.) Hawley <br /> and Tyree Bell as new police officers. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Vogeli who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Clerk administered the oath of office, and Mayor Franklin <br /> presented the officers with their badges. <br /> 4 <br /> 74 <br />
