LS . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1iETT <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled,' <br /> "Alverson Stormwater Separation Project,"Fund 336,Program <br /> 001,to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned stoimwater infrastructure <br /> improvement program; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br /> stormwater improvements; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 336, Program 001, entitled <br /> "Alverson Stormwater Separation Project,"to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 336, <br /> Program 001, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the"Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing_all things to accomplish the actionsauthorized in this ordinance: <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$1,750,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 336,Program 001, "Alverson <br /> Stormwater Separation Project," as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $ 1,750,000 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 1,750,000 <br /> 34 <br />
