Section 5.1.3 Utilities is amended as follows: <br /> The City is responsible for connecting and maintaining utilities such as, but not limited to, <br /> electrical power, water, and storm water to the extent reasonably necessary for the <br /> operation of the parking areas and the bus/commuter rail platforms. <br /> 5.
