These <br /> comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2015 International <br /> Building Code,) (2015 International Residential Code,) as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and/or Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless <br /> stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide a Site Plan per City of Everett Residential Submittal Checklist on no larger than <br /> 11x17 paper and no smaller than 1" = 20'scale. The footprint of the building does change <br /> with the addition of the Entry way and landing at the new stairs. All items shown on the <br /> Site Plan checklist shall be on the revised site plan. <br /> 2. Show top of slope on site plan. Show location of all fill on site and identify the fill material. <br /> 3. Show location of proposed Heat Pump on the site plan. <br /> 4. Provide footing and stem wall specifications for new entry. Show how new structure is <br /> attached to the existing structure. AID rco1'a SAN.,Al. QF�'o ? <br /> 5. Provide framing plan for the landing at the new entry. R-30 insulation is required over <br /> unheated spaces. Show insulation in section drawing. <br /> 6. The existing wall on the north side of the lower floor level is CMU, the plans show the wall <br /> as "(E) 2X4 STUDS; FUR OUT 1 1/2" @ 16'O.C.".
