This letter is in response to your Correction Notice, dated April 25, <br /> 2017. We have addressed the structural corrections only. <br /> 1. A revised Site Plan, sheet number 09.7, is provided per City of Everett Residential Submittal <br /> Checklist on no larger than 11"x17" paper and no smaller than 1" = 20' scale. The footprint of <br /> the building does change with the addition of the Entry way and landing at the new stairs, <br /> specifically adding 14.07 square feet, and is illustrated in the site plan on sheet number 09.7. <br /> All items shown on the Site Plan checklist are on the revised site plan on sheet number 09.7. <br /> 2. The top of slope is illustrated on the site plan on sheet 09.7 and located 15'-6" from the <br /> structure with no net new fill. Existing fill on site is called out as surface level gravel placed on <br /> top of organic, compacted glacial till, which is consistent with the Boundary and Topographic <br /> Survey provided. <br /> 3. The location of the proposed heat pump is illustrated on the site plan on sheet 09.7 provided <br /> with this letter. <br /> 4. Footing and stem wall specification for new entry including how new structure is attached to <br /> existing structure is illustrated on page S101 in the Foundation Details on the updated plan set <br /> provided with this letter. <br /> 5. Framing plan for the landing at the new entry is illustrated on pages A300 in the Sections and <br /> S100 in the Structural Plans on the updated plan set provided with this letter. <br /> 6. The existing wall on the North side of the lower floor level is CMU, the plans show the wall as <br /> "(E) 2x4 STUDS; FUR OUT 1 1/2 @ 16' O.C." Section detail that shows the existing CMU wall with <br /> framing above (to raise house) and how the new framed wall is attached to the existing full <br /> height CMU wall is illustrated on pages S101 in Foundation Details and 5102 in Structural <br /> Details on the updated plan set provided with this letter. <br /> 7. Building section drawings show actual proposed design and existing conditions including <br /> ridge beam and connection of the rafters to the ridge beam. Rim material, top and bottom <br /> plates, and collar are parallel to rafters in section BB on_page')300 in the Sections on the <br /> l ,/ <br />
