• • Land uses which are listed in the use table of this chapter shall be permitted subject to the review process listed in the table for a specific use in a particular use zone. If a use is not listed specifically or generally in a specific zone in the use table, it shall be considered to be a prohibited use in that zone. See Section 2.080(D)(2)for information on planning director interpretations on uses which are not listed in the use tables. (Ord. 2397-99§36(part), 1999: Ord. 1671-89(part), 1989.) 5. Corrective Action, Deadline If the Respondent completes the following corrective action by the date listed below, and is not a repeat violator, the respondent may enter into an agreed order as described in Section 7 below. A. Apply for and obtain emergency permits to have the electrical and gas supply systems with the building brought into a safe condition. This must be completed by December 20, 2015 If this requirement is not met by the date listed, the City will condemn the entire structure and will require it to be vacated immediately. B. Restore the use of the building back to that which is legally allowed within this zone of the city. This must be completed by December 31, 2015 C. Apply for and obtain permits to bring the property into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code. Conduct and complete the work and have it inspected and approved by the Building Division. The corrective action must be completed by May 16, 2016 6.
