• <br /> • <br /> Land uses which are listed in the use table of this chapter shall be permitted <br /> subject to the review process listed in the table for a specific use in a particular <br /> use zone. If a use is not listed specifically or generally in a specific zone in the use <br /> table, it shall be considered to be a prohibited use in that zone. See Section <br /> 2.080(D)(2)for information on planning director interpretations on uses which are <br /> not listed in the use tables. Corrective Action, Deadline <br /> If the Respondent completes the following corrective action by the date listed below, <br /> and is not a repeat violator, the respondent may enter into an agreed order as <br /> described in Section 7 below. <br /> A. Apply for and obtain emergency permits to have the electrical and gas supply <br /> systems with the building brought into a safe condition. <br /> This must be completed by December 20, 2015 <br /> If this requirement is not met by the date listed, the City will condemn the <br /> entire structure and will require it to be vacated immediately. <br /> B. Restore the use of the building back to that which is legally allowed within this <br /> zone of the city. <br /> This must be completed by December 31, 2015 <br /> C. Apply for and obtain permits to bring the property into compliance with the <br /> Everett Municipal Code. Conduct and complete the work and have it inspected <br /> and approved by the Building Division. <br /> The corrective action must be completed by May 16, 2016 <br /> 6.
