• <br /> April 10, 2019 <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents with the <br /> Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission regarding <br /> agreement, utilization and acceptance of the $16,974.89 Fiscal Year <br /> 2019 Marine Patrol Federal Financial Assistance Grant Program. <br /> AGREEMENT- NATIONAL POLLUTION ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with <br /> Snohomish County and Snohomish Conservation District to provide <br /> support of the National Pollution Elimination System (NPDES) Permit <br /> Requirements. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Murphy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: S <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING — VIOLENT OFFENDER TASK <br /> FORCE <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of <br /> Understanding with the United States Marshals Service regarding <br /> participation in the Violent Offender Task Force for 2019 and <br /> subsequent years. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding use of force, drug offenses, and investigations <br /> under the contract and how House Bill 1064 will impact the contract when it <br /> goes into effect. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Murphy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> f <br /> 108 <br />
