• <br /> April 10, 2019 <br /> AGREEMENT — ECONOMIC ALLIANCE OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with the Economic Alliance of Snohomish County for <br /> $75,000. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding contribution and investments from other <br /> jurisdictions to the Economic Alliance. Nick Harper, Administration, stated <br /> he would work to get that information to Council. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Murphy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> REVISED EASEMENT — GRAND AVENUE PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE <br /> • <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Revised Temporary <br /> Construction Easement with the Port of Everett for the Grand Avenue <br /> Pedestrian Bridge Project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Murphy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — MULTIPLE FAMILY PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to adopt Resolution No. 7361 declaring the City's <br /> intention to add the Landfill property within the Riverfront <br /> Redevelopment area to the Multiple Family Property Tax Exemption <br /> provisions of RCW Chapter 84.14, and setting May 1, 2019, as the date <br /> for a public hearing. <br /> 109 <br />
