New developments and redevelopment shall be encouraged to incorporate transit- <br /> supportive and pedestrian-friendly design features. <br /> 2.b. The design and mix of land uses around designated transit stations shall emphasize <br /> the ease and safety of pedestrian and bicycle circulation and orientation to transit routes. ' <br /> 2.c.
