But the info he had so far-plus a visit down there-left it still unclear
what is going into which space(s) in the building.
He mentioned new equipment but if it is for the existing(Head Start)commissary kitchen in the 216 space I think the
new stuff is for their new location down near 128th.
I assume from the name that the person he cc'd replying to me is the owner of the Indian place. Didn't mention drive
through though that makes me think they might be going into the NE corner of the building. But I have yet to hear about
or see any actual plans for that TI.
So I was staying tuned for the moment. Maybe you know more?
C
X8224
And to be honest, the current commissary kitchen (prep and cleaning, no service) has not been on my radar up until
now. I couldn't look at it with their bustle of activity, but it's one of those old cast iron units in floor.
From: Shellie Pons
Sent: Thursday, March 16, 2017 3:26 PM
To: Charles Johnstone
Subject: 220 Olympic Blvd
Have you talked to anyone about this one.......new drive through Indian Food place
i'hellie 0D cPon.6
Cite/o ffve'tett,
d'hunbiase/p tech.anlcal Lp.
425-257-7274
From: Charles Johnstone
Sent: Wednesday, March 15, 2017 1:45 PM
To: James Bronder
Subject: RE: 220 Olympic Blvd - Grease Interceptor Questions
Thanks. I'll start a file for what appears the eventual Indian food place, and keep an eye open for her follow up
when they're ready to proceed.
If their plan is to take over both spaces currently occupied by the Head Start kitchen/offices, I could see them
using the existing kitchen facilities with the space next door as their main dining area. But if they're going
elsewhere in the building they'll need to put in a new kitchen operation with the TI.
C
X8224
From: James Bronder
Sent: Wednesday, March 15, 2017 10:38 AM
To: Charles Johnstone
1
