Our written <br /> report will be available about three to four weeks after completion of our field work,or sooner if <br /> requiredby your design schedule. We can provide preliminary design data to you or the design <br /> team members prior to issuance of our final report as it becomes available. <br /> Our services will be performed on a Time and Materials(T&M)basis for an estimated total fee <br /> of $12,950 under the conditions outlined in the attached Professional Services Terms and <br /> Conditions and Schedule of Charges. Post-letter services <br /> such as plan reviews, response to County comments, meetings, supplemental analyses, or <br /> construction monitoring would be billed on T&M basis and are not included in thee original <br /> estimate. <br /> We recommend that this estimate be used as a budget figure. Our total charges will depend,of <br /> course,on the actual amount of field and office labor necessary. We will advise you if our total <br /> charges reach 90 percent of the fee estimate before completion of our engineering activities.
