April 24, 2019 <br /> the Driveway standards in Council Bill 1904-18, which provides for code <br /> consistency between Title 13 and amendments adopted in Title 19. <br /> President Bader opened the public hearing, and invited public comment. <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, spoke in favor of preserving single-home residences <br /> in the Everett Metro zone. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNBIL BILL 1904-17 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Code regarding <br /> development standards and unit lot subdivisions for Metro Everett <br /> and Core Residential Area, Amending Ordinance No. 1671-89 and <br /> 3377-14, as amended <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, that this be declared the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1904-17. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Moore <br /> Ordinance 3671-19 adopted. <br /> 124 <br />
