April 24, 2019 <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1904-18 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE revising City Regulations to provide consistency <br /> with the Metro Everett Plan, amending Streets and Sidewalks, Land <br /> Division and Zoning Code regarding Off-Street Parking, Streets and <br /> Access Requirements in accordance with Section 17 of this <br /> Ordinance <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, that this be declared the third and final reading of Council Bill <br /> No. 1904-18, as amended to include revised language for EMC <br /> 13.16.030(A). <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Moore <br /> Ordinance 3672-19 adopted. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> GRANT ALLOCATIONS — LODGING TAX FUND <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to concur with the recommendation of the Lodging Tax <br /> Advisory Committee and the Budget Finance Committee to allocate <br /> the second round of grant allocations in an amount not to exceed <br /> $135,236 and authorize the Mayor to sign the contracts. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 125 <br />
