CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> 7-19 SEWER CLEANOUTS <br /> 7-19.1 Description <br /> 111 <br /> Revise the first paragraph in 7-19.1 to read as follows: <br /> This Work consists of constructing sewer cleanouts within the right of way in <br /> accordance with the Plans, the Specifications, these Special Provisions and the COE <br /> Standard Drawings at locations staked. <br /> Install side sewer cleanout at the right-of-way line for new side sewers in accordance <br /> with COE standard drawing 601. <br /> 7-19.2 Materials <br /> Supplement 7-19.2 by adding the following: <br /> Provide materials meeting the following requirements. I <br /> Metal Frame and Cover 9-05.15(4) Special Provisions <br /> 7-19.3 Construction Requirements <br /> Supplement 7-19.3 by adding the following: <br /> Provide cleanout in accordance with COE Standard Drawing 604. <br /> 7-19.4 Measurement <br /> Delete first paragraph of 7-19.4 and substitute the following: <br /> Bid items of Work completed pursuant to the Contract Documents will be measured as <br /> described in Division B — Bid Item Descriptions of these Special Provisions and <br /> Section 1-09 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT of the Standard Specifications. <br /> 7-19.5 Payment <br /> Delete all paragraphs of 7-19.5 and substitute the following: I <br /> Payment for bid items of Work completed pursuant to the Contract Documents will be <br /> as described in Division B — Bid Item Descriptions of these Special Provisions and <br /> Section 1-09 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT of the Standard Specifications.
