Compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance and other city, State and Federal <br />regulations. <br />Findings: The applicant states that the proposal will comply with all regulations. <br />Conclusions: The proposal will comply with the provisions of the Zoning Code and <br />other City, State and Federal regulations including the FCC standards. <br />11. Accessibility to public transit, and ni fc reduction measures proposed by the <br />applicant to reduce dependence of the proposed use on the automobile. <br />Findings: The proposal will not generate signHlcent amounts of traffic. <br />Conclusion: No traffic reduction measures are proposed. <br />This is an administrative decision that is appealable to the City's Land Use Hearing <br />Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the dab of this notice. <br />Appeal forms are available from the Planning Department and must be submitted along <br />with the required filing fee.
