Section 7: <br /> The City shall provide to all employees who are covered by this Agreement and their legal <br /> dependents, 100% premium for a vision care plan which is acceptable to the City for the <br /> duration of this agreement. <br /> Section 8: <br /> The City shall provide felonious assault insurance of which the coverage limits shall not exceed <br /> $100,000 for transit employees who are covered by this Agreement, subject to the carrier's <br /> acceptance. <br /> Section 9: <br /> The City shall pay for the DOT medical examination at the current rate at the City's designated <br /> physician or facility. <br /> Section 10: <br /> The City will pay the employee's Washington Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) premium for <br /> 2019. The City will pay .3 of the employee's PFML premium contribution for 2020 and 2021 (If <br /> the 2019 employee premium contribution of .6333 is maintained by the Employment Security <br /> Department in 2020 and 2021, then the employee would pay .6333 - .3 = .3333 towards the <br /> gross wage premium charged under PFML each year). <br /> 15 <br />
