Operations/Maintenance: Snohomish County Surface Water Pump Station I Page 2 of 2 <br /> Labor&Equipment <br /> Personnel: One to two TSG UMTs <br /> Vehicles: Fully equipped service truck <br /> Equipment: Tools on service truck and station logbook (at station) <br /> Time: Daily station checks three times per week, each one hour <br /> Bimonthly emergency generator inspection &testing, each one hour <br /> Annual preventive maintenance,four hours <br /> Annual emergency load banking,five hours <br /> Health &Safety Precautions: <br /> • Before work, consider and implement all traffic control as needed <br /> • Staff must conform to appropriate PPE guidelines. <br /> • Hearing protection will be work when the generator is running. <br /> • There are no Lock Out/Tag Out procedure associated with daily checks. <br /> • There is no live work associated with these tasks. <br /> Environmental Issues: <br /> Procedure prevents pond from overflowing. <br /> Procedure: <br /> 1. Notify dispatch that you will be performing the specific task at the Snohomish <br /> County water surface-water pump station. <br /> 2. Perform task in compliance with existing, specific standard operating procedures: <br /> a. Daily checks,three times per week,follow SOP in station logbook <br /> b. Bimonthly Emergency Generator Inspection &Testing,SOP#TBD <br /> c. Annual preventive maintenance, follow SOPS in station logbook <br /> d.
