Exhibit B <br /> Scope of City's Work <br /> Operations/Maintenance: Snohomish County Surface <br /> Water Pump Station Page 1 of 2 <br /> SOP# <br /> Operations & Maintenance Revision# <br /> gar Standard Operating Procedure <br /> Effective Date: <br /> Reviewed/Updated: <br /> Public Works TSG Reviewed by: <br /> Applicable to: PWERP:C Life-Safety: D TS: 1 Approved by: <br /> Purpose: <br /> Provide guidelines, standards, and procedures for TSG to perform operation and <br /> maintenance tasks at the Snohomish County surface- water pump station. <br /> Background: <br /> Snohomish County has contracted with the City of Everett Public Works—TSG division to <br /> operate and maintain their surface water pump station. <br /> Goals: <br /> To maintain the pump station to operate as designed. <br /> To operate the pump station to maintain elevation between-.6 and-.8 feet. When a 100- <br /> year storm is anticipated and TSG is notified by Snohomish County,TSG will pump down <br /> the level to-2.14 feet. Pump down will take approximately eight hours. <br /> Scope&Responsibility: <br /> TSG will operate the pump station and ensure the equipment is maintained and <br /> operational. The City contractor will prove annual generator maintenance. Snohomish <br /> County is responsible for notifying TSG of conditions that will require operation to pump <br /> down the pond level. <br /> Preparation: <br /> Upon receipt of an assignment from the TSG supervisor, prepare to visit the sight: obtain <br /> address, directions and access keys as necessary.Obtain information relevant to the <br /> specific task, safety considerations, and location of any necessary documents. <br /> Pump station operators will be familiar with and reference the Romtec Utilities <br /> Operation & Maintenance Manual: Smith Island Drainage, dated 10-24-2017 <br /> (Revision 1). <br /> PW:SOP PH,TSG, R0-2019 <br />
