May 1, 2019 <br /> RESOLUTION- CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7365 authorizing claims against the City of <br /> Everett in the amount of$2,181,553.63 for the period of April 13, 2019, <br /> through April 19, 2019. <br /> RESOLUTION — ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7366 authorizing claims made by electronic <br /> transfer against the City of Everett in the amount of $6,898,974.51 for <br /> the period of February 1, 2019, through February 28, 2019. <br /> PURCHASE — ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT BREAKERS <br /> To authorize the purchase of breakers from Platt Electric in the <br /> amount of$133,835.20 including Washington State sales tax. <br /> AGREEMENT —VESSEL REGISTRATION FEE <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Distribution of Vessel Registration <br /> Fee Agreement with Snohomish County for 2019 and subsequent <br /> years. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT <br /> President Bader opened a public hearing regarding the Riverfront <br /> Development and read the proposed ordinances and agreement. He stated <br /> there were a few revisions to Council Bill 1904-20 outlined in a staff memo <br /> to Council on April 29. Copies were made available to the public at the <br /> meeting. <br /> President Bader stated that portions of this public hearing constitutes a <br /> quasi-judicial matter and asked if any council member had any reason not <br /> 132 <br />
