May 1, 2019 <br /> Council Members thanked staff and Shelter Holdings for their work on the <br /> two proposed ordinances and the proposed agreement. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1904-20 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Development Agreement for the <br /> Everett Riverfront District Properties related to the Landfill Site, <br /> amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3121-09 <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, that this is the declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1904-20, and the City Clerk was directed to call the roll <br /> for the final disposition of the ordinance, as amended to include <br /> revisions from a staff memo provided to council on April 29. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance 3674-19 adopted. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1904-21 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE adding the Landfill site of the Riverfront to the <br /> Multifamily Property Tax Exemption program, and amending <br /> Ordinance No. 3635-18 <br /> Moved by Council Member Vogeli, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, that this is the declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1904-21, and the City Clerk was directed to call the roll <br /> for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> 134 <br />
