E!/ENfETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 7 7-19 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3589-18 that created a special <br /> improvement project entitled"Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation", Fund 354, <br /> Program 054,to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. The City of Everett is committed to a planned parks capital improvement <br /> program as a part of the City of Everett Parks& Recreation Comprehensive Plan. <br /> B. The Phil Johnson ballfields include recreational facilities of significance that <br /> periodically require maintenance, upgrading and modernization extend their <br /> useful life. <br /> C. Additional funding is necessary to design and construct the work necessary to <br /> renovate the Phil Johnson ballfields. <br /> D. The City of Everett is requesting funding approval for the utilization of Capital <br /> Improvement Program 3 (CIP 3) for the construction of ballfield renovations at <br /> Phil Johnson. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 <br /> Section 1 of Ordinance 3589-18 which reads as follows: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 354, Program 054,and shall <br /> be entitled"Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation"to accumulate all costs for the design <br /> and construction documents. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 354, Program 054, and shall <br /> be entitled"Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation"to accumulate all costs for design and <br /> construction. <br />
