Section 2 Section 4 of Ordinance 3589-18 which reads as follows: The sum of$150,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 054, "Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design $150,000 Total Estimated Costs $150,000 B. Source of Funds Fund 354—CIP 3 $150,000 Total Estimated Funds $150,000 C. This appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re-appropriation. Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: The sum of$4,650,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 054, "Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design $ 150,000 Construction $4,500,000 Total Estimated Costs $4,650,000 B. Source of Funds Fund 354—CIP 3 $3,850,000 RCO Grants $ 750,000 Donations $ 50,000 Total Estimated Funds $4,650,000 C. This appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re-appropriation. Section 3 The City Council hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it would have passed all portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
