EXHIBIT 1 TO ORDINANCE <br /> ATTACHMENT I <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> EVERETT RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT (LANDFILL) <br /> FEIS MITIGATION REQUIRED <br /> Element of the Environment Action Mitigation is Where found in Resp.Party Implementation <br /> And tied to EIS Documents Time Frame <br /> Mitigation Measure <br /> The City's Responsible Official has the authority to amend mitigation measures related to specific environmental studies, such as traffic, stream, and wetland <br /> reports,when conditions have changed and additional State Environmental Policy Act(SEPA) analysis is completed.
