On November 18, 2015, the Respondent was issued an electrical permit for repairs <br /> to existing electrical systems in the fourplex residential structure on site. At the hearing the Respondent presented a receipt from an electrician to replace <br /> two breakers and replace a hot water tank within the fourplex residential structure <br /> on site. The Respondent stated that he was misled by the electrician to believe that <br /> he was qualified to make the repairs. Respondent owns several rental properties in Everett in addition to the subject <br /> property. On this property and on several others he has received code violations of <br /> a similar nature to those alleged in this case within the last five years.
