Agreed Order <br /> If the respondent is not a Repeat Violator (see Paragraph 1) and has completed the <br /> minimum corrective action described in this citation, he/she is eligible to enter into an <br /> agreed order with the city. The agreed order means that the city agrees that it will not <br /> take further action against the respondent regarding the violations described in this <br /> citation as long as there are no further nuisance-related EMC violations for the two-year <br /> period following the date of the order. <br /> If the Respondent is eligible to enter into an agreed order with the city, and signs the <br /> agreed order, the Respondent is no longer required to appear at the hearing set forth in <br /> Paragraph 6. <br /> NOTHING HEREIN RELIEVES RESPONDENTS FROM THEIR OBLIGATION TO <br /> COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE CODES <br /> 8.
