I • <br /> There are 15 licensed vehicles located upon the property. This is a violation of Everett <br /> Municipal Code (EMC) 8.60.030 which reads; <br /> No more than four motor vehicles shall be parked at a single residential address <br /> Each motor vehicle must be currently licensed and operable. (Ord. 3411-14§5, <br /> 2014: Ord. 2840-05§3, 2005) <br /> There is junk, trash and debris scattered throughout the yard. This is a violation of <br /> EMC 8.20.020 which reads; <br /> Except as authorized by subsection H of this section or as may be allowed by <br /> another city ordinance, no person owning, leasing, renting, occupying or having <br /> charge or possession of any property in the city, including vacant lots, shall <br /> maintain or allow to be maintained on the property outside of a fully enclosed <br /> structure such as a shed, dwelling, or closeable garage, any of the following <br /> conditions visible from any street, alley, or other public or private property: <br /> A. Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvage materials or other <br /> similar materials; <br /> 5. Corrective Action, Deadline <br /> If the Respondent completes the following corrective action by the date listed below, <br /> and is not a repeat violator, the respondent may enter into an agreed order as <br /> described in Section 7 below. <br /> a. Remove any tenants from the unauthorized portion of the structure and <br /> return it into a single family residence. The removal of the tenants must be in <br /> full compliance with the Washington State Landlord-Tenant Act, RCW 59.18. <br /> b. Remove all motor vehicles that are in excess of those that are permitted by <br /> the EMC. <br /> c. Remove and properly dispose of all junk, trash and debris that is stored in the <br /> yard. <br /> These corrections must be completed by March 31, 2017 <br /> d. Apply for and obtain any and all permits that are required to bring the <br /> property into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code.
