Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Residential Code (IRC) as amended <br /> by the State of Washington and/or 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and adopted <br /> by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order f•r the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) Section 404.4.2 Access from <br /> Bedrooms. Bedrooms shall not constitute the only means of access to other bedrooms <br /> or habitable spaces and shall not serve as the only means of egress from other habitable <br /> spaces. <br /> 2. IPMC Section 404.4.3 Water Closet Accessibility. Every bedroom shall have access <br /> to not less than one water closet and one lavatory without passing through another <br /> bedroom. <br /> 3. Specify minimum fan size and location for all exhaust fans, range hood and whole house <br /> fan (if applicable). <br /> 4. Specify on plans the requirement for smoke alarms to be 110 volt with battery back-up <br /> and interconnected per section R314 of the IRC. <br /> 5.
