Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> Non Structural Comments only <br /> General <br /> 10. Ducts penetrations and damper requirements will be reviewed with the mechanical <br /> submittal. <br /> Egress <br /> 1. The walls separating Staff room 106, Lounge 148 and Lounge 117 from the corridors <br /> appear to exceed the maximum permitted amount of 25% glazing (45 minute glazing). <br /> If the glazing is proposed to be one-hour— please indicate on the plans that the glazing <br /> will meet ASTM E 119 or UL236 (and provide a listing for the glazing). Section 716.6.7.1 <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1. The thresholds of showers #3  should be shown to be a maximum of 1/2 inch in <br /> height. ANSI Section 608.6 <br /> 2. Roll-in showers #3 & #4 should be shown with seats in accordance with ANSI Section <br /> 608.2.2.3. <br /> 3.
