In order to give you the maximum <br /> amount of credit for the previous building, I need to know the use and occupancy load. If you have any idea of the <br /> previous square footage,we can probably calculate this. It was a bar,correct? <br /> Currently, I am calculating the new use as 16 units and 120 occupant load for restaurant, as shown on the building plans. <br /> Please let me know if any of this information needs to be updated or if the restaurant space is not going to be a <br /> restaurant. If the space will be split between retail and restaurant with future TI permits coming in, I will charge the <br /> whole area as retail,then you will pay the difference once the TI comes in for the restaurant. <br />
