The frontage improvements on Fleming Street must be addressed in the <br /> stormwater report and any required BMPs provided. <br /> Fleming street runoff collection was designed as part of the Popeye's <br /> project. The additional CBs will be installed as part of this project when the <br /> full Fleming street frontage is built. <br /> 11. Please include figures showing the land cover types corresponding to the <br /> table provided in the flow control section as well as those tributary to the <br /> treatment/detention systems if they differ. <br /> Table and map were added to section 4 and appendix C. <br /> c.
