Several buildings totaling 31,600 square feet and parking lots <br /> will need to be demolished along with the excavation of approximately 50,000 cubic yards of soil. <br /> PROPONENT: Lobsang Daigey <br /> 2804 Grand Ave, Ste 308 <br /> Everett,WA 98201 <br /> LOCATION: The farmers market and dwelling units are on the west side of the 2900 block of Grand j <br /> Avenue and the hotel is on the northeast corner of West Marine View Dr. and Wall St. <br /> ZONING: B-3/Central Business District <br /> LEAD AGENCY/CONTACT: Everett Planning Department, Steve Ingalsbe(425)257-8731 <br /> DETERMINATION: The City of Everett Planning and Community Development Director has <br /> determined: <br /> • The project is located within the boundaries of the B-3 planned action area. <br /> • The proposed use is consistent with the uses and development standards and is listed as a covered <br /> use in Planned Action Ordinance No. 3128-09. <br /> • • The proposed use implements the B-3 Zone and the project's significant environmental impacts have <br /> been adequately addressed in the Planned Action for Downtown Everett. <br /> • Any impacts of the project will be adequately mitigated through the application of the mitigation <br /> through compliance with the development regulations and other actions proposed by the applicant. • <br /> • The project is subject to compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations. <br /> Based on review of the project's environmental checklist and project site plan, the project is hereby <br /> designated a Planned Action pursuant to RCW 43.21 C.031(2)(a) and City of Everett Ordinance No. <br /> 3128-09. A SEPA threshold determination is not required for this proposal per 43.21C.031 RCW.
