The issue was that the straps per detail N S5.03.The LSTA24 straps that were installed had not been completed at the time of the inspection.The report was issued as a preliminary inspection of work that was being completed. The issue of the seismic hardware being inspected is included on reports issued from MTC on 7-18-14,7-22-14,8-27-14,8-28-14,and 10-6-14.The reports note the hardware as being compliant.the reports noted above close the issue that was noted on the report from F57564 dated 4-14-14.No exceptions were taken.These inspections also included the balcony framing per details noted.
