Projects often bring together a variety number of problems. Stakeholders have important issues with others. Project Sponsor: Person or group who provides resources and support for the project and is accountable for enabling success. Project Manager: A professional in the field of project management. Project managers can have the responsibility of the planning, execution, and closing of any project. Project Stakeholder: The entities within or outside an organization which sponsor a project or, have an interest or a gain upon a successful completion of a project. Project Sponsor: Person or group who provides resources and support for the project and is accountable for enabling success. 7.1 Scheduling Black Box Network Services ability to perform the work is dependent upon the availability of equipment, access to the network, and the scheduling of time to perform the implementation. Your Black Box Network Services Project Manager will be communicating with the appropriate customer contact(s) in order to maintain a high level of communication, involvement, and understanding relating to project requirements. Additional scheduling based on NEC Professional Services availability will be addressed during the customer kickoff meeting. 8. Logistics 8.1 Start Date and Duration The target start date for the project is TBD. This is contingent upon execution of this contract. Scheduling is based upon our mutual availability once this Scope of Work Agreement is executed and an authorized Purchase Order has been received for the amount below. Any delays beyond the control of Black Box Network Services may result in a Contract Change Request (CCR) if this deadline is not met. The client is responsible for notifying Black Box Network Services of any delays with as much advanced notice as possible. Statement of Work Page 110 April 23, 2019
