Executive Summary <br /> The City of Everett's desire is to upgrade the NEC Maintenance Administration (MA4000/UCE Manager) and MTS Call <br /> Accounting applications from 2013 SP1 to current versions, and migrate the data base to customer provided virtual <br /> servers.The upgrade will be supplied as part of existing Software Assurance "SWA" from NEC and MTS and once <br /> upgraded the applications will be supported by both Black Box and NEC engineering. <br /> 2. Solution Scope <br /> The Upgrade will consist of moving the existing applications to current version on customer supplied hardware and <br /> operating systems meeting the minimum requirements to be determined during a customer kickoff meeting. As part of <br /> the migration process all existing licenses will be retained and upgraded.The upgrades will be scheduled as a single <br /> phase project encompassing each application upgrade over a period of a few days to allow for regular and off hours <br /> work.The upgrade project will be managed by both Black Box and NEC Project Managers with the actual upgrade <br /> performed remotely by NEC Professional Services labor that is included as part of the total upgrade project with <br /> additional assistance provided by on site customer staff. These are software version only upgrades, new features and or <br /> applications may be available, if requested additional features maybe configured and licensed, these are outside of this <br /> SOW and will be billed as actual at the end of the project or under an Installation Change Order. <br /> 1. Maintenance Administration Application "MA 4000/UCE Manager" <br /> a. Current version UCE 2013 SP1, server 2008 <br /> b. Upgrade on new virtual server, customer is responsible to supply required server HW and SW to be <br /> determined based on site requirements during customer kick off meeting. <br /> c. Preform the actual upgrade during normal hours determined by the customer <br /> d. Testing &follow up of new system version. <br /> e. Integration to MTS call accounting software <br /> 2. Telecom Expense Management Application "MTS" <br /> a. Current version 2012, server 2008 <br /> b. Upgrade on new virtual server, customer is responsible to supply required server HW and SW to be <br /> determined based on site requirements during customer kick off meeting. <br /> c. Preform the actual upgrade during normal hours determined by the customer <br /> d. Testing&follow up of new system version. <br /> e. Integration to NEC UCE Manager/MA4000 application <br /> Note: Based on information provided about the City of Everett existing voice network see below UCE PBX requirements <br /> along with the noted warnings in red pertaining to EOL products: <br /> Project Description: <br /> Professional Services will provide a remote engineering resource to lead effort and assist Solutions Integrator with <br /> migrating existing functional MA4000 system database(s) to Customer provided new server and install latest MA4000 <br /> GA version as outlined in the Services Description below. Included will be MA4000 Administrative System version <br /> differential training (up to 2 hours). If additional time is required as a result of project scope change or delays outside <br /> the control of NEC, it will be billed at rate shown below. <br /> Note 1:This quote is offered based upon understanding that NEC Professional Services does not provide services to an <br /> environment that is end of life.Should EOL or out of support PBX's or applications exist, it is necessary that they be <br /> brought current to take advantage of the improvements and features available with updated equipment prior to this <br /> engagement.
