Below is the City ordinance in regard to side sewer <br /> responsibilities.Also the attached map shows where the City Right of Way ends,the Right of Way is the solid dull yellow <br /> color. It is right where the 3 private force mains dump into the City gravity sewer system and we take over <br /> responsibility. As for what happened in 2007 in terms of a City inspector requiring them to hook up to their neighbors <br /> side sewer I cannot speak to that as I was not involved.
