I have discussed this situation with Ted Budden our senior Inspector—my boss and we have determined what needs to happen.So you need to get a permit for repair to your sewer pump line which actually what you will be doing is disconnecting your neighbors line from your line so there is no longer an illegal connection.We will inspect the disconnection.
